For Clinicians

For perinatal practitioners

Two ways to be supported in the work that holds so much.

1. Group mentoring

The Perinatal Clinicians Mentoring Group

A small, confidential, in-person group for Gold Coast practitioners

Perinatal work is sacred — and it is heavy. We sit with women through loss, complex births, ruptured bonds, intergenerational trauma, and extraordinary resilience. The stories stay with us, often long after the session ends.

Steadiness is not the same as invulnerability. Vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and the quiet grief of this work are real — and carrying them alone has a cost.

The Mentoring Group offers a place where the complexity of perinatal practice is understood without explanation. It's not traditional supervision; it's community. A space where you're met not only as a clinician, but as a human doing deeply relational, emotionally demanding work.

Who it's for

Any practitioner working with parents, infants, or the perinatal period — midwives, nurses, social workers, psychologists, counsellors, and allied health clinicians. Whether you're new to the field or decades in, if you're needing somewhere to exhale, you're welcome here.

What to expect

Small numbers. In-person on the Gold Coast. Sessions weave together clinical reflection, peer support, and mentorship — nourishing both your practice and your sense of self within it.

2. Individual supervision

Individual Supervision & Mentoring

One-to-one support for clinicians who need deeper, personalised space

Individual supervision offers a quieter, more spacious place to explore the emotional, relational, and clinical layers of your work. It's where you can bring the cases that stay with you, the moments that feel too heavy, the places you feel stretched thin, and the parts of yourself that need tending.

This is supervision that honours your humanity as much as your clinical skill. A place to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the steadiness beneath the stress.

Together, we will:

  • Soften the inner pressure and cultivate self-compassion
  • Clarify what is yours to carry — and what isn't
  • Support your nervous system with rhythms that sustain you
  • Strengthen your clinical confidence and reflective capacity
  • Rebuild your energy so you can serve from fullness, not depletion

You'll leave sessions feeling clearer, steadier, and more anchored in yourself — without losing the heart that makes your work meaningful.
